The gym

A plain room that does the job

Eagle has the kit that actually builds strength: barbells and benches, dumbbells to the end of the rack, cable and plate machines, a leg press, and treadmills along the window wall. Turf floor, good light, nothing that needs an app to switch on.

It has been on Gusingal since 2059 B.S. Mornings run six to ten and evenings three to eight, so you can train before work or after it. Men and women train side by side, and nobody hovers over your set.
